irodori（彩）（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の気分の記録を大切に預かるアプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが収集する情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリが収集する情報は以下のとおりです。

• 気分・色の記録（日付・選択した色・選択した感情ラベルなど）
• メールアドレス（任意。アカウント連携を行った場合のみ、ログイン用のワンタイムコードの送付に使用します）
• 利用状況データ（アプリの操作イベント。色・気分の内容は含みません）

上記以外の個人情報（氏名・住所・電話番号など）は収集しません。

2. 記録の保存とバックアップ

気分・色の記録は端末内に保存されるとともに、バックアップおよび複数端末での利用のため、匿名の識別子に紐づけてサーバー（Supabase）にも常時保存されます。氏名やメールアドレスなど、利用者個人を特定できる情報と記録が結び付くのは、アカウント連携を行った場合のみです。

通信はすべて暗号化（TLS）されます。広告目的で記録を第三者へ提供することはありません。

3. 利用状況の分析について

本アプリは、アプリの改善のために利用状況の分析ツール PostHog を使用します。送信されるのは、起動や記録操作などの操作イベントのみです。あなたが選んだ色・気分の内容が、分析のために送信されることはありません。

4. アカウント連携は任意です

メールアドレス（ワンタイムコード）でのアカウント連携は任意の機能です（Apple・Googleでの連携は準備中です）。連携するまでは、記録と利用者の実名・メールアドレスは結び付きません。連携しなくても、本アプリの全機能をご利用いただけます。

5. データの削除

• アプリ内の設定画面「データ削除」から、二段階の確認を経て端末内の記録を消去できます。
• あわせて、サーバー側ではあなたに紐づくアカウント情報（メールアドレスなどの個人情報・識別子）を削除します。記録データそのものは保持されますが、この操作によりどの利用者のものかを特定できない状態になります。

6. 第三者提供

広告目的で記録や個人情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。

irodori (“the App”) is designed to hold your daily record of how you felt with care. This section explains, in English, what the App collects and how it is handled. The Japanese text above is the authoritative version.

1. Information we collect

• Mood and color records (the date, the color you chose, and the emotion label if you used one)
• Email address (optional — only if you link an account. It is used to send a one-time sign-in code)
• Usage data (operation events within the App. The content of your colors and moods is never included)

We do not collect other personal information such as your name, address, or phone number.

2. Storage and backup

Your records are stored on your device and are also backed up continuously to our server (Supabase) under an anonymous identifier, so that you can restore them and use the App across devices. Your records are linked to information that identifies you personally — such as your email address — only if you choose to link an account.

All communication is encrypted (TLS). We never provide your records to third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Usage analytics

The App uses PostHog to understand how the App is used and to improve it. What is sent is limited to operation events (such as launching the App, that a record was made and which input mode was used, viewing the year board, and which export action was chosen), plus the operating system type and app version needed for aggregation. The content of the colors and moods you choose is never sent, and neither are device details such as model name or screen size. No advertising SDK is included, and no cross-app tracking is performed.

4. Linking an account is optional

Linking an account by email (one-time code) is optional. Sign-in with Apple and Google is coming soon. Until you link an account, your records are not connected to your name or email address. All features of the App are available without linking.

5. Deleting your data

• You can erase the records stored on your device from Settings → Delete data, after a two-step confirmation.
• At the same time, we delete the account information associated with you on the server (personal information and identifiers such as your email address). The record data itself is retained, but after this operation it can no longer be attributed to any particular user.
• If you would like the record data itself deleted as well, please contact us using the form below and we will handle it individually.

6. Third parties

We do not provide your records or personal information to third parties for advertising purposes.
